Every MARLAB electric motor is produced in our own facility under a controlled process from assembly to final testing. We combine laboratory discipline with a serial production line and verify the performance of every unit that reaches the field.
From concept to sea, three controlled stages.
Assembly Line
Stator, rotor, and drive housing are assembled with traceable parts at defined torque values. Every station is managed by a digital work order; assembly steps are recorded.

Quality Assurance
In the quality assurance area, every unit passes dimensional and functional checks. Tolerances are verified at micron level with coordinate measuring machines and thermal control stations.

Final Test & Validation
At the final test station, the motor runs under real load with propeller and battery. Torque, efficiency, and RPM are measured live; no unit that fails target values is shipped.
